Hafiz group has one of the largest clothing facility in Pakistan. Our production facilities are equipped with highly developed machinery, including 1000 stitching machines. We develop our products using the highest quality raw materials from our tannery and other more trustworthy and established suppliers.
We have over 200 employees, we manufacture around 2000 items of clothing every day. Hafiz produces Leather Jackets, Leather Coats, Leather Vests, Leather Trousers, Leather Biker Jackets, and Leather Fashion Bags. Our production capacity consists of 50,000 pieces of various leather garments per month. Hafiz also has a production capacity of 20,000 pieces of various leather bags produced per month.
Hafiz Tannery, garment production is an organized activity that consists of sequential processes such as laying out, marking, cutting, stitching, checking, finishing, pressing, and packing.
This is a process of converting raw materials into finished products. various aspects of fabric quality including color, drape, feel durability, conformity, and a range of imperfections. The garments must have enough room to move while maintaining their shape or form. Have a suitable and reasonable weight for the garment. The quality of the garment is assessed by, among other things, the fit and the integrity of the seams must also be measured.
